am i dumb or, why don't they just beg the US or russia or some shit for the notes on how to make a good spacecraft?
india has the talent, almost everyone there does tech shit these days to some degree even in rural parts.
they really need to have a leader who just pushes for more centralized education and shit, and a pipeline from school to universities and shit.
india could be a mega power like china within the next 10 years if they tweak a few things.
